Yesterday, we took a break from bustling city life for some rest and relaxation on Cataluña’s northern sea coast. Packed with our beach towels, swim suits, sun glasses, and plenty of sunscreen, we hopped into our chartered bus for a one and a half hour ride through beautiful verdant hills dotted by small Catalan towns. Once we arrived, we spent the day exploring the town of Tossa de Mar — soaking up the sun, swimming in the crystal clear water alongside schools of fish, shopping at the boutiques along the beach, and climbing up the hillside near the ancient castle for a bird’s-eye view of the coast.

 

After a beautiful day, we returned back to the residencia ready to start our second week in the city. Abrazos and more soon!
